Well-maintained hotel with excellent service. Strategic location in a fantastic area really close to beautiful city o Guadalajara and well maintained gardens and downtown and other major areas.

Pleasant views from our fairly quiet room. Location right by the Crowne Plaza Guadalajara. Fresh food in the restaurants such as La Felicita, located 15 min away.

If you're looking for a unique hotel resort with a great location, look no further. The hotel is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, creating a wonderful atmosphere. On top of that, it's conveniently close to the Convention Center and Expo for business travellers. Although one downside is that it's not close to the airport like other hotels. the service is excellent and the breakfast delicious. Don't forget to take advantage of the heated pool, gym, and delicious food, making it an ideal spot for both long and short stays.

I recently visited a hotel in Guadalajara for a quick 2 night trip and was pleased with its location. It was close to the Expo Guadalajara, making it convenient for my business meetings. The hotel was in a bustling area with plenty of good restaurants and shopping options nearby. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and the restaurant staff was attentive. it was a positive experience.

There was one negative aspect that I noticed during my stay. The towels in the bathroom were old and worn out, with some edges falling apart.

Beautiful facilities. Loved the cleanliness, the garden, and the pool. Very peaceful, and felt much like a resort.

Safe wouldn't open, and repeated promises by staff to show up at the room never went anywhere.

The room was quiet and spacious with double beds. The hotel has a central location close to Teatro Galerias. It was a great base for exploring the secure area.
